WFB School District Staff Donations
Language lessons. Math tutoring. An ice cream party. Front row seats to a performance or promotion. Fun Lunch with the principal. Bracelet making. A dance/yoga/sport coaching session. An hour of homework help. These are some of the many experiences guests at this year's Bay Ball could bid on to raise money for the Middle School's Library Media Center redesign. The Middle School update is the first in a series of planned improvements to be made in all of our schools’ Library Media Centers. But we need you, teachers and staff, to donate an experience of your choice to help make it happen. Do you have an experience you could offer? Need a little inspiration?
The Bay Ball will take place Saturday, May11th at the Historic Pritzlaff Building. Tickets for the event go on sale on March 5th. Tickets for all district staff members are $50, and are available for purchase on this website, click on "Purchase Tickets" in the main navigation menu near the top of this page. If you volunteer to help the evening of the auction, your admission is free.
Thank you for everything you do for our children, and for supporting the Bay Ball. Please complete and submit the Staff Donation webform below, or if you prefer, print and complete the Staff Donation Form for your school: Richards, Cumberland, WFBMS, or WFBHS. Completed paper forms should be returned to the staff representative for each school listed on the bottom of the form. If you have any questions about donating an experience to the auction, please contact Whitefish Bay Public Education Foundation Board Member Catherine Mattke. She is coordinating the WFB School District Staff donations for the silent auction. Any questions about anything else Bay Ball related, including volunteering to help out with the event should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Staff Experience Donations must be handed in by April 8, 2019.
