Bay Ball 2026 FAQ’s

What is included with admission?

  • Passed hors d’oeuvres, soda, late-night bites, carnival-inspired snacks & desserts

  • A celebratory glass of champagne, compliments of the Stalle family

Will beverages be available for purchase?
Yes. Beer and wine will be available for purchase during the event.

Consider purchasing a drink package with your ticket!

Is Bay Ball on Social Media?

Yes! and follow along as we will post event updates, exciting silent auction items and ways to be involved!

What happens at Bay Ball?

  • Plenty of dancing beneath a 4-foot disco ball

  • There will be a fun-twist to a wine and gift card pull

  • The conclusion of our Silent Auction

    • Preview of our items starts April 1st (watch Social Media)

    • Bidding goes live on April 11th

    • Bidding ends at 9pm on April 18th

  • Two exciting live raffle items

    • Items announced April 1st

    • Raffle tickets can be purchased online starting April 11th and at event

    • Live raffle at Bay Ball

  • An interactive photo booth provided by Two Birds Event Group

  • A paddle raise following the close of the Silent Auction

  • And, more dancing!

Is the event cashless?
Yes, Bay Ball is fully cashless. Please plan to use a credit or debit card for beer & wine purchase, raffle tickets, wine & gift card pull, auction purchases and additional donations.

What time does the event begin and end?
The evening begins at 6:30 pm and the high school kicks us out at 11pm.

What is the dress code?
Although the event is carnival-inspired, cocktail attire is encouraged but not required. Dress up, have fun and wear what makes you feel great on the dance floor.

Can I volunteer at Bay Ball?
Yes, please! We have several time slots and opportunities available. It’s a great way to be part of the excitement while supporting the event. All volunteers receive a complimentary ticket as our thanks! We’d love to hear from you bayballwhitefishbay@gmail.com
